Цель исследования заключается в выделении и содержательном описании критериев и уровней развития иноязычной коммуникативной компетентности (ИКК) студентов неязыковых вузов с учетом общеевропейских компетенций владения языком. Материалами исследования выступают программно-нормативные документы, отражающие требованию ФГОС-3 ++ к содержанию ИКК выпускников неязыковых вузов, «Общеевропейские компетенции владения иностранным языком: изучение, преподавание, оценка», разработанный Советом Европы, результаты эмпирических и теоретических исследований, относящихся к предметной области, многолетний опыт преподавательской деятельности. Изучение материалов исследования проводилось на основе метода анализа и обобщения теоретических знаний и нормативных положений, представленных в доступных литературных источниках. В содержании работы приведено авторское понимание сущности и содержания феномена «иноязычная коммуникативная компетентность», места и роли универсальных, общепрофессиональных и профессиональных компетенций в его содержании; выделены и описаны компетенции, составляющие содержание ИКК выпускников неязыковых вузов, которые рассматриваются как критерии ее развития; представлены материалы сравнительного анализа содержания компетенций, определяющих ИКК выпускника неязыкового вуза; сформулированы и детально описаны уровни развития ИКК выпускников неязыковых вузов в соответствии с Общеевропейскими компетенциями владения иностранным языком; раскрывается дидактический потенциал применения технологии искусственного интеллекта в формировании ИКК у студентов вузов. Ориентация преподавателей на разработанные критерии и уровни владения иностранным языком позволит оптимизировать содержание, задачи его обучения, осуществлять мониторинг процесса формирования ИКК у студентов.
The purpose of the study is to identify and provide a meaningful description of the criteria and levels of development of foreign language communicative competence (IQC) of students of non-linguistic universities, taking into account the pan-European language proficiency. The research materials are program and regulatory documents reflecting the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard-3++ for the content of the IQ of graduates of non-linguistic universities, the Pan-European competencies of foreign language proficiency: study, teaching, assessment developed by the Council of Europe, the results of empirical and theoretical research related to the subject area, and many years of teaching experience. The study of the research materials was carried out on the basis of the method of analysis and generalization of theoretical knowledge and normative provisions presented in available literary sources. The content of the work provides the author's understanding of the essence and content of the phenomenon of foreign language communicative competence , the place and role of universal, general professional and professional competencies in its content; identifies and describes the competencies that make up the content of the IQ of graduates of non-linguistic universities, which are considered as criteria for its development; provides materials for a comparative analysis of the content of competencies that determine the IQ of a graduate of a non-linguistic university; The levels of IQ development of graduates of non-linguistic universities are formulated and described in detail in accordance with the Pan-European competencies of foreign language proficiency; the didactic potential of using artificial intelligence technology in the formation of IQ among university students is revealed. Teachers' orientation to the developed criteria and levels of proficiency in a foreign language will optimize the content, the tasks of teaching it, and monitor the process of forming students' IQ.
