В статье рассматриваются особенности формирования профессионально значимых навыков у студентов в условиях учебно-профессионального общения. Анализируется роль коммуникативных навыков и компетентностного подхода в процессе адаптации обучающихся к образовательной среде высших учебных заведений. Особое внимание уделяется видам и сферам общения, их значению в развитии профессиональных компетенций, а также вопросам преподавания русского языка студентам неязыковых специальностей, для которых русский язык не является родным. Подчеркивается важность использования текстов различных функциональных стилей, учета культурологических аспектов, развития речевой культуры и межличностного взаимодействия. Делается вывод о том, что эффективное учебно-профессиональное общение способствует формированию личности будущего специалиста, его профессионализма и успешной интеграции в профессиональную среду. В работе также раскрываются особенности речевой адаптации студентов в процессе обучения. Рассматривается влияние образовательной среды на развитие коммуникативной компетентности обучающихся. Отмечается значимость мотивации и культурного взаимодействия при изучении русского языка как неродного. Особое внимание уделяется роли преподавателя в подборе учебных материалов и организации профессионально ориентированного общения. Подчеркивается, что развитие коммуникативных и профессиональных навыков является важным условием подготовки конкурентоспособного специалиста.
The article examines the features of developing professionally significant skills among students in the context of educational and professional communication. The role of communication skills and the competency-based approach in the process of students’ adaptation to the educational environment of higher education institutions is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the types and spheres of communication, their importance in the development of professional competencies, as well as to the issues of teaching the Russian language to non-language major students for whom Russian is not their native language. The importance of using texts of various functional styles, considering cultural aspects, and developing speech culture and interpersonal interaction is emphasized. It is concluded that effective educational and professional communication contributes to the formation of the future specialist’s personality, professionalism, and successful integration into the professional environment. The paper also reveals the features of students’ speech adaptation during the learning process. The influence of the educational environment on the development of students’ communicative competence is considered. The importance of motivation and cultural interaction in learning Russian as a foreign language is highlighted. Special attention is paid to the teacher’s role in selecting educational materials and organizing professionally oriented communication. It is emphasized that the development of communicative and professional skills is an important condition for training a competitive specialist.
