Конкурсы профессионального мастерства в системе среднего профессионального образования признаны действенным инструментом повышения качества образовательных услуг за счет непрерывного развития потенциала педагогических работников и мастеров производственного обучения образовательных организаций. Проведение конкурсных мероприятий требует определенной подготовки, представленной в виде комплекса мер, направленных на обеспечение надлежащего уровня организации и проведения конкурсов. Цель статьи: освещение ключевых аспектов организационного и кадрового обеспечения конкурсных мероприятий в системе среднего профессионального образования. Задачи статьи: рассмотреть ключевые аспекты организационного и кадрового обеспечения конкурсных мероприятий в системе среднего профессионального образования, на базе которых могут быть разработаны положения, обеспечивающие организацию и проведение конкретных мероприятий надлежащего качества. Методы исследования: описание, анализ, синтез, сравнение. Результаты исследования: применение механизмов организационного и кадрового обеспечения позволяет обеспечить надлежащее качество проведения конкурсных мероприятий в системе среднего профессионального образования, выделены 3 блока мероприятий организационного обеспечения конкурсных мероприятий в системе среднего профессионального образования.
Competitions of professional skills in the system of secondary vocational education are recognized as an effective tool for improving the quality of educational services through the continuous development of the potential of teachers and masters of industrial training of educational organizations. Conducting competitive events requires some preparation, presented in the form of a set of measures aimed at ensuring an appropriate level of organization and conduct of competitions. The purpose of the article: to highlight the key aspects of organizational and personnel support of competitive events in the system of secondary vocational education. Objectives of the article: to consider the key aspects of organizational and personnel support of competitive events in the system of secondary vocational education, on the basis of which provisions can be developed to ensure the organization and conduct of specific events of appropriate quality. Research methods: description, analysis, synthesis, comparison. The results of the study: the use of organizational and personnel support mechanisms allows to ensure the proper quality of competitive events in the system of secondary vocational education, 3 blocks of measures of organizational support of competitive events in the system of secondary vocational education are identified.
