Formation of a new mission of an elementary school teacher in the context of the realization of pedagogical and psychological competencies

Abstract

The article presents the problem of the formation of pedagogical and psychological competence of future primary school teachers. The substantial aspect of the formation of pedagogical competence of future teachers is revealed. It consists in the formation of didactic, educational and organizational competencies, each of which is formed in the internal and external relationship of knowledge and their corresponding skills. The author analyzed the process of forming the psychological competence of future primary school teachers, which consists in the formation of differential psychological, socio-psychological and professional psychological competencies, each of which is formed in the relationship of established knowledge and their corresponding skills.
