Methodological guidance of spiritual and moral education in a preschool educational organization (based on an approximate education program)

Abstract

The article examines modern approaches to the spiritual and moral education of preschool children in the context of digitalization and transformation of traditional values. Based on an approximate educational program, the authors analyze the methodological aspects of integrating Orthodox traditions into the educational process of preschool organizations. The purpose of the study is to identify effective pedagogical strategies that contribute to the formation of moral guidelines, cultural identity and emotional intelligence in children. The paper uses methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization of pedagogical experience, as well as approbation of the program "Good World. Orthodox culture for children", aimed at the harmonious development of the individual through familiarization with national spiritual values. The results of the study demonstrate that the systematic inclusion of elements of Orthodox culture in the daily activities of preschoolers (holidays, folk games, creativity) contributes to the development of empathy, respect for cultural heritage and strengthening family ties. Special attention is paid to the role of teachers and parents working together in creating a supportive environment where traditions become the basis for the formation of moral principles. The discussion highlights the need to adapt classical pedagogical methods to modern challenges, including the use of interactive technologies and project-based learning to engage children in ethical dialogue.In conclusion, the authors emphasize the long-term process of spiritual and moral education and the importance of an integrated approach combining the efforts of educational institutions, family and society. Recommendations on the integration of emotional education, environmental education and the training of teachers with innovative techniques are proposed. The study confirms that the combination of traditional values with modern pedagogical practices forms a stable system of moral guidelines for children, necessary for their adaptation in a dynamic world.
