Abstract

«Extracurricular education» covers both intra-school and post-secondary education services, as well as extracurricular education and training. Extracurricular education is an essential component of my country's education system, performing irreplaceable independent functions that directly affect the level and quality of talent development. The restructuring of the extracurricular education system has become an urgent and important task in the basic education system of my country. In order to eliminate the disadvantages of traditional schooling, which places knowledge above traditional knowledge rather than the development of skills and innovative potential, and focuses on standardized learning rather than personalized development, as well as create a more flexible, effective and diverse education system, Russia is paying more and more attention to the development of additional education for adolescents. Having originated on the basis of extracurricular education, additional education in Russia plays a unique and significant role in shaping the personality of young people. This article systematically analyzes the Russian model of additional education. Thanks to a management mechanism characterized by «government leadership, public participation, and market support», Russia has created a systematic, diverse, and high-quality system of continuing education that combines financial support, a voucher system, a full-time school format, a thematic curriculum, modern equipment, and professional teaching staff. My country needs to use the Government as a leading force to adjust the nature of post-secondary education, reorganize the content of post-secondary education along thematic lines, adopt individual student development as the main line throughout post-secondary education, fully unleash the dual function of post- secondary education to provide social protection and promote excellence, and form a qualified teaching team for post-secondary education. education.
