Abstract

In the article, the processes of transformation of higher musical education caused by the transition to a competence-based paradigm of training vocalists are analyzed, in which the individual transmission of performance traditions is supplemented by a multidimensional system of pedagogical conditions that ensure the integration of academic approaches with innovative practices and consideration of the psychophysiological characteristics of the vocal apparatus of each student. Modern requirements for graduates imply the formation of not only impeccable vocal technique and artistic-interpretive skills, but also the ability to engage in pedagogical activity, effective interaction with an accompanist, producing their own projects and self-presentation in the media space, which determines the need to create a specialized artistic and educational environment at the university that combines content, methods, forms of training and the nature of subject-subject interactions. The interdisciplinary nature of the problem is revealed through the synthesis of data from pedagogy, musicology, phoniatrics, the psychology of creativity and cultural studies, with an emphasis on an integral four-component model of professional competencies, including technical-performance, artistic-interpretive, psychological-stage and reflexive-professional blocks, the diagnostics of which reveal an initial imbalance between a relatively high level of technical training and pronounced deficits in the development of stage stability, self-analysis and critical evaluation of one's own activity. Expert assessments of the hierarchy of pedagogical conditions, confirmed by coefficients of concordance and correlation analysis, establish the priority of individualization of educational trajectories as a system-forming factor that has stable connections with all components of competence, as well as the high importance of integrating stage practice and interdisciplinary interaction of disciplines, while the role of digital technologies, psychological and pedagogical support and research work requires further methodological clarification taking into account the conservative tendencies of vocal pedagogy. The dynamics of competency formation demonstrates the most intensive growth in the reflexive-professional and psychological-stage components, reflecting the purposeful overcoming of stage anxiety and the accumulative nature of artistic thinking, which depends on the expansion of erudition, repertoire diversity and project activities with the participation of theatrical and philharmonic groups. Correlation dependencies confirm that personalized trajectories in combination with the strengthening of a practice-oriented principle ensure sustainable progress without a plateau effect, contributing to a qualitative increase in the integral level of training and adaptation to multivariate professional activity. The presented materials make it possible to identify the main substantive lines of the study, assess its relevance for improving educational programs in specialized universities and determine the advisability of referring to the full text to obtain specific methodological recommendations for optimizing the pedagogical process in the context of global cultural transformations, with the prospect of preserving and developing national traditions of academic singing.
