Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors of the economy. In order to develop and improve it, it is necessary to comprehensively modernize all relevant aspects, starting with the training of personnel in this sector. In order to bring agriculture in our country to a new and promising level of development, it is crucial to implement a progressive system of training specialists in the agricultural sector. In this regard, it seems that the main developments should be carried out in the direction of creating and implementing a Concept (digital Concept) for the development of professional education, the importance and necessity of which has been proven by the author based on an analysis of the current situation in the agricultural sector. It is advisable to pay special attention to the analytical justification of this Concept. The article presents analytical procedures substantiating the quantitative parameters of the three structural blocks of the proposed digital Concept: the organizational-target block, the block «Digital educational environment» and the block «Digital sphere of the functioning of the agricultural sector». The method of expert assessments and correlation-regression analysis, as well as the calculation of aggregate indicators based on growth rates, are used for the substantiation. The obtained digital codes can become the basis of the corresponding digital resource in the practical implementation of the Concept.
