Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of the most important sectors of the Russian economy, providing consumers with the goods and services they need to survive. In recent years, the sector has faced significant challenges and disruptions due to sanctions, restrictions on the supply of raw materials and resources, and changes in logistics and transportation networks. The government has implemented a range of measures to support the sector. However, we believe that one of the most important areas for the sector's development is the improvement of the training process for its workforce. This problem is important and relevant, as the industry continues to face a shortage of personnel. To solve this problem, a comprehensive approach to reforming educational activities is needed, based on an integrated combination of educational principles and principles of public administration in agriculture. As part of this approach, it is relevant to develop and implement a comprehensive and specific Concept of Professional Education in the Agro-Industrial Complex, focused on the digital aspect of educational development.
